Refund Policy:

For our group coaching programs, Just a Chapter Co, LLC will not offer any refunds under any circumstances. For our individual coaching services, Just a Chapter Co, LLC will not offer any refunds unless requested in writing via email within 24 hours of purchase. If a written request is received, our CEO may offer a refund if CEO determines it necessary.

Shipping or Delivery Policy: Not applicable to our business.

Return Policy: Not applicable to our business.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event that a client wants to nullify an agreement, Client agrees to pay two months worth of services as a buy out. Just a Chapter Co, LLC is not responsible for services at this point. The buy out is a condition to cancel remaining obligation.
